Mushroom class and beer tasting September 8 - 11

This weekend we will arrange a mushroom class with Pernille Næss and Roger Andersen – both fungal experts, from Oslo and surrounding area mushroom association.

For those arriving on Thursday, will it be a course about poisonous mushrooms. On Friday it will be a course about mushrooms and beer tasting with Lomb Bryggeri, there will also be food paired with the beers.

On Saturday you will go out in the wild and pick mushrooms, and when you arrive back at Fjellstua, your findings will be reviewed. Our chefs will later make food on the nice mushrooms freshly picked from the day.

On Sunday, those who want can go out again to pick more mushrooms and have them reviewed before going back home.

Price per person

Thursday – Sunday

Single room: NOK 5.870,-
Double room: NOK 4.820,-

Friday – Sunday
Single room: NOK 4.580,-
Double room: 3.780,-

This includes hotel room, breakfast, beer tasting with food pairing. 3 course dinner on Saturday and mushroom class. Beverages and drinks are not included in the price. Everyone will get assigned material for the class.

Registration deadline fourteen of august. Cancellation latest twenty-eight of august. Cancellation after this date will be fully charged if we cannot fill up the room.
